Com o fim da apresentação The Game Awards 2025, Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 teve uma noite e tanto, tendo sido eleito o Jogo do Ano e ganhando também em outras oito categorias, incluindo Melhor Direção, Melhor Narrativa, Melhor Direção de Arte, Melhor Trilha Sonora, Melhor Atuação, Melhor Jogo Independente, Melhor Estreia de Jogo Independente e Melhor RPG.

Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 também será atualizado ainda hoje pela desenvolvedora Sandfall Interactive com novos conteúdos solicitados pelos jogadores, como agradecimento por ter sido eleito o Jogo do Ano.
